Does the CallBack card offer voice prompts in languages other than English?

Yes. The CallBack card offers the flexibility of voice prompts and messages in 11 languages. You can always change the voice prompt language choosing any of these languages: You can select English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Mandarin, Japanese, Polish, Arabic, German, Russian and French.

Am I charged for calls that do not complete?

No, you are only billed for calls that the party you are calling answers.

How can I change my callback number?

There are various ways.  You can change the callback number via:

1. Go to “Links Page”; Click on “Update card info”; Enter Account Number; enter Callback Number; Click on “SAVE”. 
2. Manually by triggering your DID (Access Number), letting it ring 5 times and following the voice prompts.
3. Submitting a request to callmebackm@yahoo.com.

How can I view my Bill?

Go to “Links Page”; Click on the “View call history” button. After entering your ACCOUNT NUMBER the billing information is displayed for local printing or downloading.

What is a Trigger Number?

It is a unique phone number that you must dial each time you want to make a call; Example: (786) 684 XXXX.

If I run out of money do I have to purchase another card?

No.  We can always recharge your calling card for any amount.

How do I program speed dial numbers for my callback card:  Program (01) to (99) Speed Dial Numbers - Access the system and press (* + #); then choose (3) for the menu. Follow the voice instructions. Speed dialing will save you time and money when using your CallBack Phone card. Note: At this time, you cannot program your speed dial numbers by accessing your online account information.
